AI pilots · Remote

Less routine. More time for your team.

We explore how AI can support a team with reports, organising information, working with documents or drafting responses. We start with one task and a pilot, keeping people in control of the final result.

Remote collaboration across Poland. A pilot comes before a decision on wider deployment.

What we can prepare

Scope matched to your goal

One task, a clear goal

We select a repeatable activity: reporting, organising documents or drafting responses. We agree the input, expected output and the point at which an employee makes a decision.

A pilot on examples

We prepare a trial matched to the process. We compare output quality and working time with the current workflow, check omissions and errors, and collect the team’s feedback.

Evaluation and further development

We discuss the outcome and provide operating instructions. Decisions on expansion, integrations and maintenance come after evaluating the pilot, rather than before checking its usefulness.

Our own work and demonstrations

From notes to customer-service support.

See how team notes can become a draft report and response. This is a static demonstration using sample data, not a working generator: nothing is sent to an AI model, and an employee checks and approves the result.

Demonstration · sample data

AI that supports your team

AI can help draft reports, organise information and prepare responses. Employees can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on customers and work that needs their expertise.

Goal
Support your team with a specific task without handing full responsibility for the final result to AI. The example alongside shows how notes can become a draft report and response.
Scope
We start with a pilot of one process. We select data and tools, compare working time and output quality with the current approach, and base further rollout on the team’s assessment.

This is a static illustration of a workflow, not a live generator or a report from delivered work. Nothing is sent to an AI model; the example contains no client data.

01 · Customer support team notes

12 enquiries: 7 about a quote, 3 about delivery dates, 2 about order status. Quotes sent; dates awaiting confirmation. A team summary and a draft response about availability are needed.

02 · Draft summary and response

Team summary
7 quote enquiries have been handled. 3 delivery dates and the statuses of 2 orders still need checking.
Information to add
Confirmed delivery dates and current order statuses are missing. AI does not invent this information.
Draft customer response
“Thank you for your enquiry. We are checking availability and will get back to you with confirmation.” An employee completes the response after checking the schedule.

03 · Review and approval

An employee checks the summary against the notes, adds confirmed dates and statuses, and approves the response before sending it. AI helps prepare the material while the team stays in control of the final result.

Preparing a quote

What will we discuss first?

  • The current task and how often it occurs.
  • Example input and expected output, initially without confidential data.
  • Who checks and approves the result.
  • The tools used and the process constraints.

You do not need a finished specification. Describe your need and what you already have. Access credentials and confidential materials are shared only after agreeing a secure workflow - never through the test form.

Clear terms of collaboration

What we agree before starting

AI may omit information or produce unsupported conclusions. We agree human review, data access and evaluation criteria for the task. We do not claim a percentage of time saved before measuring it. Model, integration and maintenance costs are agreed separately.

Quoted individually for one agreed task. Wider deployment requires a separate scope.

Working together

From your requirement to handover

  1. Need and goal

Describe the result, location or platform, timeframe and available materials. We identify what needs clarification.

  2. Scope and quote

We agree the deliverables, checks, cost and arrangements. Dependencies and external services are discussed before starting.

  3. Delivery and checks

We prepare the solution and check it against the agreed scope. We discuss the result and any adjustments.

  4. Handover

You receive the agreed files or access and instructions. Ongoing maintenance and development are agreed separately.
