Custom quote
A new website or redesign of an existing one. Agreed structure, mobile layout, contact, testing and handover. Pricing depends on scope and platform; redesign also requires a review of the current project.
Agreed events, integration, deduplication checks and testing. We agree the scope and quote after reviewing the website technology and current configuration.
One task, test cases, a way to evaluate the result and instructions. Maintenance and external service costs are agreed separately.
The raw and edited content packages offer a choice of photos or video. We agree the option and production details when preparing the quote.
Who we are
Warmian Innovative Solutions Sp. z o.o. is a technology company based in Olsztyn. We combine a drone perspective, digital expertise and engineering work to create solutions shaped around real needs.
We create drone photos and videos and visual documentation. We design and develop websites, implement analytics and conversion tracking, and build AI automation pilots. We work with individuals, businesses and agencies - from defining the goal to testing and handing over the solution.
We combine services with the development of our own technology - through WIS SmartNest, we work on drone fleet coordination, docking and charging station logic, and AI-based image analysis architecture. We develop the system in stages, from prototypes and simulations to first field tests and further hardware integration.
Our mission is to develop the potential of Warmia and Masuria through practical uses of technology - drones, digital solutions and AI. We aim to support local businesses, promote the region and improve everyday work, creating solutions that can also serve other regions.
We combine services with research and development: building prototypes, running simulations and testing assumptions before each new implementation stage. Through WIS SmartNest, we explore applications for autonomous drone systems and image analysis. We value collaboration, rigorous verification and sharing experience.

Our own system, which we are developing. It includes a docking and charging station, a drone fleet and AI analytics for mission coordination and image analysis.
The project has passed its initial substantive review and has been selected for the regional WA-MA Incubator program, funded by the European Union.
Through the programme, we built a docking station prototype, completed basic software integration and carried out smaller field missions as part of MVP-1. We are now expanding the system, implementing further software iterations and have started work on our own basic image analysis architecture.

MVP in incubation · First simulation and field tests
A full mission simulation was completed using real data from the drone and docking station. The trial succeeded and all planned paths were completed. Work on further system iterations is underway.
Two ArduCopter SITL instances based on real-world parameters. A mapping area and a model of the station queue and battery handling have been added. Configuration of a virtual fence and flight algorithms within the safe zone. Development of our own plugins.
The 7 October 2026 trial covered 44/44 strips, 20 flights, 18 simulated battery swaps and 9 resumptions. After initial departures, mapping flights alternated.
Flight route optimisation to support simultaneous mapping by both drones, expansion of the station logic and further iterations of the mission coordinator. Work on the AI architecture for image analysis.
First full missions in field conditions. Development of image analysis solutions. Further system iterations.
